The eleventh Asian Training and Study Session for Human Rights Defenders ( ATSS2007 ) from
17 countries;
Bangladesh, Canada, Cambodia, Burma, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philipines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tibet and East Timor unanimously condemns the bloody crackdown on peaceful demonstrators including Buddhist monks in Setember 2007 at Yangon, Myanmar. The most brutal and barbaric regime still at large in Burma are not only enemies of Burmese people but evils against modern civilization. They are posing threat to the wellbeing of global society. ATSS strongly believe that the regime in Burma is a common enemy of all civilized society in the world.
All Human Rights defenders who are now participating in ATSS for Human Rights Defenders at Bangkok are grateful to invite you on our campaign for Burma to immediately halt the crackdown and arbitrarily arrest of innocent civilians. Raise your voice for the voiceless and stand up for the innocent civilians who are fallen under the boots of military rulers in Myanmar. 52 millions Burmese civilians are now living under terror of military regime in Burma.
